Online Reservations at INATI Restaurant in Christchurch – Make a Booking

Online reservations at INATI are easy. Just simply enter your details into the INATI restaurant online booking form, your request will be processsed instantly.

Covid-19 Protection Framework: ORANGE

Guests must wear a mask on arrival and when moving around in the restaurant, whilst enjoying food and beverages these can be removed.

All guests must be seated and separated.

All Bookings
We cannot guarantee reservations at the chefs table, these will be accommodated where possible.
We allow a 2 hour time frame for all reservations, and may require the table returned to accommodate other bookings.

INATI can accommodate parties up to but not exceeding 10 guests. (While at RED Covid protection framework the maximum party size is 8 guests).

Please do not make multiple bookings to create a large party as your booking will be subject to cancellation or refusal on the day.

Credit Cards/Cancellation

We require a credit card to be held with all reservations on Friday and Saturday, we will only make charges in the event of a booking not showing up (no show) or in the event of a booking decreasing in numbers unless you notify us of any changes prior to your arrival time.

For parties of 5 and over a credit card is required to make a reservation at all times, a charge will be made in the event of a cancellation occurring within 72 hours prior to the booking, in the event of a booking not showing up (no show) or in the event of a booking decreasing in numbers unless you notify us of any changes prior to your arrival time.

The cancellation or no show charge is $50.00 per person.

I agree for my booking of 5 guests or more to choose the “Trust Us” menu – 6 or 8 plates, this can be chosen on the night.

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please email enquiries@inati.nz or phone (03) 390 1580. All our ingredients are fresh and prepared daily for that service, a cancellation or guests not turning up creates a great deal of loss and unnecessary waste.
