From a childhood helping to run his father’s market stall, to Head Chef of Gordon Ramsay’s The Warrington and at top London Landmarks Claridges and The Ivy, Simon Levy is poised to bring an exciting new dining experience to Christchurch – one that is truly world-class.
Classically trained in the French style, and under the tutelage of the renowned Pierre Koffman, Simon is passionate about taking the freshest of local produce and crafting exquisite, delicious and respectful tastes in a fun and enjoyable way.
Simon Levy’s new restaurant venture, INATI, will bring to the table his life-long passion for food along with his breadth of experience in a way that brings the theatre of the chef’s kitchen to the people of Christchurch. Fun dining, in a fine way is Simon’s ethos.
A family affair, Simon’s New Zealand-born wife Lisa will be front of house, ready to welcome you to take a seat at the Chef’s table.
